Ticket-157377042 No response since Thursday

Can someone please take a look at this ticket. It was rasied on thursday and I have had no response what so ever. My broadband is usually in the range of 50-60Mbps and is a stable connection since Thursday it has been around10Mbps and is dropping out regularly.
