Any chance of an update on this ticket?
It relates to constant disconnections, and since I rely on my broadband connection for work I need to get it sorted it out a soon as possible,

Guy, I apologise in advance for the following as its not going to be something you'll want to hear but, if the connection is so important and for business purposes then you need to get a service/package designed for home offices or small businesses and depending on the losses during a service outage you may require an SLA also.
Of course, this doesn't mean Plusnet can do nothing.
