Thinking of switching from BT (but will Whole Home discs work)

My BT contract comes to an end shortly and I'm thinking of switching over but... I have the BT Whole Home discs (3 of 'em) so I'd like to know if they will work with the Plusnet Modem.

Anyone know if they do?

Welcome to the forums!

I imagined these would work without any problems as they're just a mesh system, but wanted to double check. According to the store page the first listed key feature is:

• Works with all broadband providers.

So they'll work perfectly fine and should connect the same as they do currently. The only thing that would change in the situation would be the router (if you chose to change to the router we supplied). Alternately you could keep using the router you currently have and just change the authentication settings to your Plusnet connection - if you post your router make and model I'm sure one of our knowledgeable community members will be able to help with this.
