The plus.net website says last payment couldn't be taken

3 months now - But all payments are up to date. I get emails to prove it!
What can I do?
I see "Your last subscription payment could not be taken. As a result, we've put your account on hold"
It all started when plus lost my cc details and I had to renter them.
Can't even click on the "arrange payment" - even tho I don't owe.
What's going on?Huh

Thanks Matt, but Website still says I owe and fails. I did get an email saying
"Account has already been enabled so no further action is required.
M.... K..."
Any chance of another nudge?
