Oh yes, I DO mean that sincerely (even if I DO sound like a bad chat-show host!  Roll eyes  )
Ordered online & phoned CS before install.
Ordered new router - as I understand the Technicolour is poor on wifi - a TP Link C20i with wireless ac for under £40 delivered!
Openreach fella came as arranged, & even phoned to say "on my way".
New faceplate fitted; modem installed; lines checked & done in - oh, about 15 minutes, & that INCLUDED coffee-drinking-time.  Cool
Set router up; took literally seconds with password changes & wifi set-up included.
SO .... gone from under 2.8 Mb/s to very nearly 40!
Happy, happy me ..... and family!  Grin
