Terrible speeds

Trying to watch the F1 this morning, only my computer and Xbox streaming Sky and the picture has been terrible all morning. I think my contract is up soon so I can change but it's a shame. Years ago Plusnet was good. Now it's just useless.

 

Had BT out many times to look at "problems" and nothing has ever been found at my address, just getting tired of this now. So dissapointing!

I can see that we've raised a number of faults for you over the course of your contract and that these faults have nearly always related to an impairment or high resistance on your connection. Having reviewed your connection today I can confirm that this issue appears to have resurfaced which would mean a new fault would need to be raised - even if you're looking at migrating elsewhere, I would recommend doing this before you move (otherwise the fault could cause issues with your new provide). If you can raise this here, we'll ask our suppliers to take a look at this for you.
