Terrible speeds on Unlimited Fibre Extra.

I upgraded to Unlimited Fibre Extra a few months ago, speeds were great, 76mbs down.
Over the past few weeks the speed in the evenings has been shocking.
At best just under 40mbs, at worst 10mbs. I was getting better speeds on my old ADSL broadband.
Couple that with frequent wifi disconnects, iplayer freezing etc. the whole thing has been a nightmare.
This has to be the most unreliable internet service I have ever had.
From some of the other threads on the forums is seems that I am not the only one having these issues.
I raised a support ticket on the 20th April, still waiting for a resolution.
Come on Plusnet, get it sorted.

Yes, it's the only way to get the internet (wired and wireless) working again.
Usually happens once a day or so.

Here was a speed test done last night direct into the fibre modem.

Tried another router, same results.
I was getting a steady 60-70mbs download via wired and wireless until a few weeks ago.
Nothing this end has changed.
I have checked for Wifi interference and the router is using a clear Wifi channel.
When the connection drops, the router shows no difference in it's status lights,
it's accessible via Wifi through the configuration page, but there is no internet access.
Anything streaming just stops, no wired or wireless devices can access the internet.
Reboot the Techicolour router and all is well again until the next time it goes.
