Terrible speeds in the evenings.

So for the last week or so my speed in the evening is plummeting from nearly 40meg to 7, i've tried gateway hopping during these slow periods which at my old house usually fixed it but it's making no difference at all at this new house.

I would simply log a fault at https://portal.plus.net/apps/kbdfaults so the Plusnet can see where the congestion is.

Out of interest what gateway are you currently on?

If it's specifically in the evenings that could point to SVLAN congestion, best bet is to report a fault as advised in the previous reply and we'll get that looked in to.
