Terrible speeds at peak time

Hi,

As the title says I'm currently experiencing terrible speeds at peak. My average speed should sit around 79mb on Fibre and I'm normally getting around 8-12mb download speed.

Just to add there's no difference between wired/wireless speeds and this is the line check result:

When you get slow speeds what result does the btw Speedtest give you?

Speeds are almost exactly the same as the one shown on speedtest. Between 8-12mb.

Just to put things into perspective as to how things can fluctuate.

At the moment I have 2 Alienware Laptops connected to the internet, I'm working on one, my mrs is on the other, I'm also downloading a 50gb file and my speeds are more than acceptable. Circa 50mb d/load.
