Hi , my speeds are less than 1/3 of when i rejoined plusnet last march (i think) due to the asus dsl-ac68u going bonkers and disconnecting randomly. I've now put back the hg612 and use the asus as just a router , my question is, is there still no way of resetting dlm on my line ? As 24mb when i was getting 70 is a bit poo . Or seeing as my 12 months is near an end could i just run it down and start afresh with a 'new' 12 month contract and engineers visit?

You'll need to raise a fault if your line is performing lower than your estimates.
(The Asus FTTC modem/router has been a bit of a nightmare for some people).

According to my experience, the only way to get a DLM reset is IF an Openreach Engineer requests it.
This means logging a fault that gets an OR Engineer on-site.
The Engineer can then request a DLM Reset if there is a fault found & fixed.
