If PLUSNET miss installation deadlines and appointments as they seem to do frequently is this not a breech of the contract terms ?
Are we able to cancel our order without incurring a penalty . I will seek legal advice however what are the views of members please ?

No admin available to help with this ? @Gandalf the Instant messenger service has been down for 24 hours, and im currently on hold on the phone for 22 minutes.
