Terrible Speeds 0.5mbps

The issue started few days ago, my line is sync at Up 79783 and Down 20000. Iv been with plusnet since 2017 and no major issues until few days ago. Tried all the troubleshooting, test socket, Different routers, same issue. Customer service checked my line which shows nothing wrong. Its been escalated to another department but no update since then.
Can someone please update date me with a fix.
Im a heavy user with a big family and children can’t use the school online platform to complete their task.
