Termination Request

Hi Plusnet Help,

Any idea why my broadband droped mid-morning with the following message?

Happy for maintenance etc. to happen overnight, but not during office hours without notice.

10:04:23, 04 Sep. (7453942.790000) PPP LCP Send Termination Request [User request]

BTW, maybe poor choice of subject on my part... don't terminate my account 😊

I was going on this from another termination thread from Plusnet Help:

"The drop this morning may well have been supplier maintenance as they often tend to carry this out between midnight and 6am. As such any drops during this time usually aren't anything to worry about."

Is your internet working? If so don't worry about it.

It is just one of the standard messages, and could be caused by any number of things causing a loss of connection, not just supplier maintenance.

Yes, it's working. I understand this may or may not be supplier maintenance, probably not at this time I imagine.

Not usually worried about this, but pushing back due to more working from home as was knocked out of a call.
