Tech Support Question

Hi,

I have an 80/20 package Unlimited Super Fast Fibre

My Equipment:-

Draytek Vigor 130

Asus RT-AC68U directly connected to my computer via gigbit lan.

I am 523 metres from the cab

My down snr is 3db

My up snr is 5db

My down line attn is 18db

My up line attn is 22db

DS att rate 68632904

DS act rate 48921000

DS path interleave

US att 18987545

US act 18495640

US path fast

my question is why am I not getting the speed I used to a few months ago:-

speed now 48Mbs

speed a few months back 68Mbs

PS tried swapping out all my equipment with my mates identical equipment who happens to get 75Mbs with sky.

Testing is indicating a possible phone fault.

Do you hear any noise on your phone line if you try the quiet line test when dialling 17070? (I believe it's option 2)

Do you have any extension wiring from your master socket?

I've had an openreach engineer out and the voice line test fails because of my call blocker but doesn't affect anything because I have removed it in the past and my stats don't change makes no difference.
