Tablets loose connection weird !! Need a new router ?

Hello
All the tablets/phones in my home seem to loose connection for a minute or so but the WiFi signal is still indicated on the tablets/phones sometimes the pictures /photos don't download i.e when im looking on ebay. Everything is updated and i done a factory reset on router - do i need a new router ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated got two kids moaning all the time

Looking at your connection and testing your line, it doesn't sound like an issue with the router itself but there may be some interference on the Wifi frequency. Even if you're seeing the network as available, it might be picking up some interference on the channel.
Firstly, I would recommend having a look at our wireless troubleshooting guides
The other thing I would suggest if you are using a Hub1 is to separate the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz transmissions. Sometimes tablets and phones (looking at apple from experience) don't get along too well with the 5Ghz bandwidth.
