Tablet keeps losing connection

My fibre broadband went live on 7th October. All devices seem to be up and running and connected. EXCEPT for my Acer tablet. The connection is very intermittent. It is connecting to the router but internet keeps dropping out.

So far I have

Forgotten and re entered connection details on tablet three times

Tried various other changes to settings

Re booted router

Factory reset on tablet

Assigned static IP address

Tablet works fine on other networks

Hi there,

 

It sounds like it would be worth you setting the router to connect manually to a different wireless channel. Usually the higher ones are least congested (i.e 11-13)

Hi

 

I think you have misunderstood; wireless connection to router is fine, internet is the problem
