I forward the logs from my router to a linux box and was intrigued to see the following this morning:
[tt]Jul 1 00:59:59 zaphod kernel: [3139874.630000] Clock: inserting leap second 23:59:60 UTC
Jul 3 00:59:59 zaphod kernel: [3312675.630000] Clock: inserting leap second 23:59:60 UTC
Jul 4 00:59:59 zaphod kernel: [3399075.640000] Clock: inserting leap second 23:59:60 UTC
Jul 5 00:59:59 zaphod kernel: [3485475.640000] Clock: inserting leap second 23:59:60 UTC[/tt]
...zaphod is my router, by the way.
The first line is correct. A leap second was added at 23:59:60 UTC on June 30th which was 00:59:60 Jul 1 BST.
Why the subsequent entries, though, and are they likely to have any deleterious effect?

Ignore this. I had a senior moment. Zaphod is my OpenWRT access point, not my TG582n
