Is the PN FTTC R10.2.5.2 FO firmware the lastest for the TG582n FTTC setup?

Yes.
But IMO the R8 firmware is fine for fibre, and has the benefit of a faster GUI.

I'm very rarely in the GUI so upgraded (in fact apart from doing the upgrade, I haven't logged into the router in the last year :D).
