Yes, I have had an issue. I was switched onto pcl-bng04 at 11:53, TBB QM shows lots of lost packets from 11am onwards.
However pcl-bng04 was not responsive with multiple web pages failing to load.
Since switched gateway to ptw-bng01 at 12:36 and response back to normal.

Showing on my graph too, router logs not showing any loss of connection though (I'm not at home so I don't know if the packet loss caused any issues).

Looking at the collection of ping monitors nearly all of them are showing a peak time jitter /latency hump I have a feeling the capacity thread will become very active some time soon, unless it gets dealt with before

Same here, had 2 or 3 spikes and it's put my latency up from 12ms to around 25ms and noticed a slow down in page, website loading. It hasn't dropped my connection though and speeds are still around the 74mg mark Come on PN sort it out

They are quite a regular occurrence and will most likely bee due to a routing change or peering change somewhere between tbb and plusnet or a drop in PPPOE session
