Sync speed

I've had this problem before, https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed is showing the following

Estimated line speed:There's no speed estimate currently held on your account.Current line speed:65.4 Mb

Could a member of staff take a look at my plusnet account profile as my router reports that it is syncing at 71.

Can you run a BT Speedtest for me, ensuring you do the further diagnostics test after the first one completes. This show show what the profile of the line is.

The BT speedtest further dianostics is not showing me my line profile, presumably due to the error it reports.

I've attached the stats from my router, showing that it has synced at 71403 kbps, this is generally around the speed I normally see 67-69mbps.

Currently I am seeing speeds from 56-62mbps

Although they are very old, I've attached the results of speetest.net to show the speeds I have historically achieved consistently, until recently.

I think a faulty fuse that kept tripping a circuit breaker, causing power outage may have affected something.

I've increased the profile to match the sync speed shown in your router. Can you try a disconnect/reconnect and see what the speeds are like.

I guess there is something else going on. 

BT Speedtest results are still showing roughly the same, 62-63mbps
