Sync speed problem

Hello,
I’ve noticed our sync speed has dropped and our ping has gone up too. Dunno what todo. Forgive me if I’m confusing the internet jargon if this is an internet sync speed.

Linedown stream was 80 now it’s dropped to 76.

I've tested your line this evening and found an Impairment in copper joint which requires an engineer visit to resolve
