Sync Speed reduced from 76 to 49 today

I previously had sync speed of 76mb

midnight yesterday lost connectivity. Been intermittent all day today.

It has now been stable for a few hours.

Sync speed now set at 49mb on modem. BTWholesale speedtest now rates my line at 47.43Mbs max attainable speed. Earlier today it was between 60Mbs and 80Mbs.

I've only just agreed a 2 year deal on the highest package. Got 3 days to cancel. If this is not going to go back to the previous level then I want the option to cancel.

20th May speedtest showed delay 16ms, download 67.73Mbs, upload 16.86Mbs
Now, delay 34ms, download 45.28Mbs, upload 14.04Mbs

Last PlusNet linespeed check on 30/05/2017 showed line rated at 80Mb <attachment>

The attainable speed on the BT speedtest is based on the IP profile for your line, which is worked out from the current sync rate. As your line is now syncing below the estimates I'd advise getting this reported to us as a fault at https://faults.plus.net

Thanks, the line is currently with Openreach to test so we need to let that come back (should be later today) and then go through the next steps.
