Sync Speed Dropping

Over the past 6 week my sync has dropped from 63mbps to 46mbps. Also My router keeps disconnecting from several devices. I split the 2.4GHZ and 5GHZ Networks and it has improved slightly... It may be the case that the router is dropping connection to the DSLAM causing DLM to limit my line speed.

 

I raised a ticket on the 4th Feb but so far nobody has picked this up.

Hi there, 

 

The line has been stable for over 8 days but diagnostics have picked up on a fault. 

 

Before I can progress the fault ticket any further can you tests speeds over a cabled LAN connection to see if they differ much?

BT Speed Test says im getting 300mbps ... I wish that was accurate.

Speedtest.net is showing as 43.82mbps
