Hi, I recently joined Plusnet and switched from the HubOne to a BT Business Smarthub 6
Up until recently I was Syncing at over 60MB but recently its dropped to 55MB
Is it possible to run any tests or reset to get my Sync Speed back up?
Thanks in advance

Hi there.
I've tested your line and our tests aren't showing the cause for the speed drop or anything we can do to improve this as your speeds are within estimates of between 47.1mbps to 67.6mbps.
When you plug your Hub One back in do your sync speeds increase?
Also here's a copy of our testing if you're interested:

Sync Speeds were fairly similar on the Hub One.
They improved when i switched to the Business Hub but dropped back again.
I can't complain, your test results are almost identical to the Router Stats

If you go to the Troubleshooting > Helpdesk tab you should see two rows: Data rate and Maximum data rate. The data rate is basically your sync rate and the maximum is what is theoretically achievable.

Hi @scjgreen,
I'm glad to see that your speeds have improved somewhat since setting the router up within the test socket. It may be worth leaving the router in this setup and monitoring the connection speeds to see if they improve further going forward.

Hi @scjgreen,
Thanks for coming back to us. It might be worth using the test socket too to see if it helps improvements further.
