Sync/IP profile reset

Hi,

 

Would someone be able to reset my IP profile and sync. As its well below what I should be getting. 

 

Postcode:

Phone exchange:BROOKWOOD

Estimated line speed:80Mb (This may vary between 62Mb and 80Mb) - Checked on 2018-03-13 15:35:53

Current line speed:25.6 Mb

Hi there.

It looks like this is due to a fault on your line as our tests are showing "Impairment in copper joint detected most likely close to customer premises"

We'll need you to raise a fault here so we can investigate further
