I am switching from an existing sky connection, signed up on 20/02 and was advised this would be a smooth process 3-5 days. I received an email stating 6th March and today another stating 16th March. This is unacceptable and I am considering cancellation due to the delays. If the line exists already I do not understand what could possibly take three weeks. I need broadband for my work and therefore cannot afford to wait so long.
