On Friday, we were advised that our suppliers have escalated your stuck fault report with Openreach. We're advised that this should be fixed by the 31st, however we'll check back tomorrow in hope there's an early fix.

finally started working this afternooon

 

seems stable working ok so far

 

will i get any compensation for the lack of service for 2 weeks?
