Switched over on the 5th, should have stayed with old provider

how many days do you get to cancel?  speed is intermittent. sometimes page not loading or photos not loading. supposed to be fibre broadband as well. joke.

I'm sorry to hear that you feel you've experienced a poor service from us so far. I've reviewed your account today and upon testing your line I can see that the speeds are running slightly below the estimated speed range. As this is the case we'll need to you to set the router up within the test socket to see if this improves the speeds that you're receiving and a guide on how to do this can be found here.

If you haven't yet, I would also recommend going through our online troubleshooting guide which can be found here.

Please let us know once the router is set up within the test socket and if you notice any improvements to the speeds so that we can test further if needs be.
