Switched on Tuesday - not had a full day without drops

Hey,
I switched over on Tuesday and ever since the Internet is dropping several times a day. The light is still blue. On the setting its saying no problems.
My partner is WFH as a key worker and having daily conference calls that keep dropping.
I dunno if this is just all down to the switch and it still finding its best line etc or if its down to the fact everyone is on it but coming from EE we had no problems with them dropping over the past few weeks.
Is there anything I can do?
