Switch to new house

Hi. I switched to broadband one month ago and the activation date is today. I don't know what I suppose to do, no communication from Plusnet, no email or text. When I can expect even an answer? I am working from home and Internet is essential in my situation.

Hi and welcome on the day of activation it's up to midnight for the service to be switched on by Openreach, that is in a usual situation but due to the lockdown things may have been delayed.

If you go here  https://www.dslchecker.bt.com/  and enter your phone number and scroll down you should see the status of the order on Openreach's end, either complete or still an "open order" with a date of when it's due to be done.
