Switch to fibre

Iv recently switched from adsl to fibre broadband received my router yesterday plugged it all in but speed is poor only 5mbs, my activation date was the 23/8/17.

Checking your account it appears the order is due to complete tomorrow. You should receive confirmation of this, however it's safe to plug your new router in now and you'll just start to see the improved speeds as soon as it's ready.
