Switch to fibre - no internet

Hi, switched from ADSL to fibre last Monday. Looks like it went live yesterday, but not had any comms to say it would. Yesterday our internet went down early evening and is yet to come back on, router hub manager saying 'ppp connecting'. I've restarted the router, reset it and nothing had worked so far. Any help welcome

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't had a connection since your upgrade.

I can see you've spoken with our support team and an engineer has been booked to investigate further.
