Switch to Plusnet from old ISP

Hello, my fibre install went as planned earlier today. The engineer completed the install around 9am this morning.
He plugged the router into the Openreach modem before he left and all the green lights are on apart from the Internet light which is red. He confirmed the line was working as it should and left.
How long does it take to switch from my old ISP to Plusnet? I was under the impression it would be a few minutes after the fibre install. Can you check the status of the transfer please?  Much appreciated.

Welcome essexmate. I moved to PN from Aol & my internet experience has been 1000% better, particularly my 2 years on fibre. Happy surfing.
