Switch from unlimited fibre to unlimited fibre extra

I upgraded from unlimited fibre to unlimited fibre extra 6 days ago but my router (TD-W9980) is still syncing at 40/10 as it was before, I have rebooted it multiple times but it hasn't changed. Are there any setting I need to change at my end to sync higher or is it a problem at Plusnets end?
On my account homepage it does say "contract= fixed price - unlimited fibre extra" but "product= unlimited fibre", is this normal or has my product just not been switched?
