Much to my surprise my connection was unexpectedly downgraded from Fibre Extra to an standard ADSL connection this week - I’ve got an appointment to reupgrade set for next week, but seemingly no one at PN can confirm why this has taken place?
Please can you offer some suggestions?
I’d like to take this forward as a complaint as its not the service I’ve been paying for!
