Supported Routers, router/modems

Hello,

Looking to upgrade the router we got when we upgraded to Fibre but would like to get one that's supported by Plusnet but cannot find a list of ones supported by them. We have six of us in the house so it can get heavily used. Not to worried if its a router or a modem/router but a combined unit will get rid of the box on the wall (which will please my wife)

I did buy a TP-Link AC-3200 a few months ago but the unit was faulty and sent back. Anything else along these lines that we should consider?

Cheers in advance

Davie

I have the Billion 8800NL which works well and also allows monitoring via dslstats

I'm considering a TP-Link Archer VR900 as heard reasonable reports

Re: Supported Routers, router/modems

except according to Kitz (from the earlier link) doesn't provide line stats which makes diagnosis of problems much harder

Re: Supported Routers, router/modems

Have both a Draytek 2860 and a Fritzbox 7490 and both work with no probs at all. Draytek has 6 eth ports but Fritzbox does have the phone side covered as well, but as already mentioned most ISP's I know will only ever support the modem/Router that they supply.
