Support Ticket requesting fibre upgrade no response since 1st November!

I want to upgrade my service. I raised a ticket on November the first asking for a sales person to contact me to talk through the options. That ticket has gone unanswered ever since. Not even an acknowledgement. Nothing. Most disappointing.

Can one of the PN staffers please look into this for me ?
