Support Ticket help needed

I'm having terrible problems with my fibre connection - appallingly low speeds, and now the connection keeps dropping - the online chat is never available, and I can't find where on the site to submit a support ticket.

I used to be able to submit support tickets, but although I've found the old closed ones I can't see anywhere to submit a new one - something seems to have been redesigned (badly!) since I last needed this service.

I'm autistic - I don't do phone.

Can someone please help me to navigate through the menus so I can submit a ticket?

Thank you.

Re: Support Ticket help needed

Hi there. Sorry to hear you’re experiencing connection problems.
You should be able to raise a fault ticket at http://faults.plus.net

Have you tried any troubleshooting first? Assuming the issue manifests itself on a wired connection to your router, I’d recommend running through the steps here: https://community.plus.net/t5/Library/Testing-From-The-Master-Socket/ba-p/1322242

If you’re having problems with the wireless connectivity, try this guide: https://community.plus.net/t5/Plusnet-Blogs/How-to-boost-your-wi-fi/ba-p/1450193

I hope this helps.
From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
