Support Chaps, can I have a bump on this fault please - it's been a couple of days since any coms and the Ticket has a post stating that the fault has been closed.
May connection (layer 1) Sync has dropped further since our Telephone Line was switched to PN yesterday.

Thanks for your help Chris, an engineer (BTO) has been booked for the 29th. Just hope they can find the route of the problem.
If not, I think I'll ask to drop down to your 38meg service and also ask for the 6 months FOC.

Let us know how the engineer visit goes, we can see what options are available after that.
