Support Phone Line for support

After complete connection loss last evening I really needed to talk to support to get support call underway. I contacted PN chat on my mobile but found it very difficult to describe details with my 70 year old fingers and eyesight. Searched in vain for phone number but all roads lead back to chat. Managed to get a call logged but I could have contributed much more by talking to some one.

Please can someone let me know a phone number for future reference.
