Super slow and now intermittent

Hi,

My fibre internet is usually low and I have never seen it above 5mbps. Now it is intermittently dripping out, I’d say a few times a minute.

Can someone look into it for me?

Difficult to advise without a bit of info. Are your devices connecting wirelessly or wired to the router? Does the light on the router change colour when the connection drops?

Wirelessly, but are a few feet away. Light is always blue. Speeds have been poor with other providers too, often at half of any providers guaranteed minimum speed.

Wireless signal can be affected by a large variety of factors mostly environmental. Can you try a wired connection to narrow things down?
