Hi, I've posted on the forum a few times but to no avail. I'm still experiencing latency to servers rising into the thousands of milliseconds multiple times a day at varying hours every day for the past 4 or 5 weeks. I made contact to the customer services and they flushed the line which solved nothing, I then completed the speed test that was advised and, as suspected, the ping to the server was high (multiple reports attached). Download speed and upload speed are rarely an issue but the latency can stay in the hundreds and thousands for long durations of the day, leading to lots of buffering while streaming, slow connection speeds to web pages and making it impossible to video call for work. Please HELP because at this point using the internet is a traumatic experience.
