Super Slow Broadband

Have been noticing every few days that broadband in the evening just crawls, have tried resetting router etc nothing works, so have done a speed on the BT wholesale site, and here is my result for download speed 5.02 Mbps !, it should be 77.34 Mbps! I'm a fibre customer!

I'm in the Coventry area anyone experiencing super slow broadband tonight?

Sick on being on hold for over 30 minutes on the phone and waiting inline for chat is just as annoying!, slow broadband, slow customer service, that will do me proud!

I've just performed some line diagnostics which are indicating a fault. Please report that with us over at http://faults.plus.net

If the connection is only performing slowly on your laptop it could indicate a problem with that device. I'd try disconnecting and reconnnecting to WiFi then restarting if you haven't already.
