Super Fast Fibre Broadband = 0.04 Mbps. Pfffft.

Today my super fast Fibre Broadband has dropped from an exremely poor 4.6 Mbps to a completely useless 0.04 Mbps.
Rebooted modem and router, no change.
How I wish I had stayed on ADSL now.

What are your estimated speeds, at https://www.btwholesale.com/includes/adsl/main.html
Looks as if there is something seriously wrong with your line; if the estimated speeds are significantly higher Plusnet support will help you out.  They should not have taken your order if the estimated speeds are not a lot better than that.

Estimated range was 10 to 16 Mbps.
3 BT engineer visits later, and BT admit that the line is in such poor condition, it cannot support more than 4.6 Mbps.

This process isn't that quick I'm afraid. I see that a colleague has picked up your new ticket today though. This done, we should have a time frame for you shortly.
