Suddenly on 40/2 from 80/20

I have been on 80/20 since 2013.

In the past few days I am constantly receiving speed within 40/2.

Can someone please check this fault.

what does it say here ? http://speedtest.btwholesale.com  after doing the second test further diagnostic

test

Unfortunately it seems your line had incorrectly been changed to a lower speed, this has been corrected and you should be back to normal speeds tomorrow. Let us know if you have any issues after that.

I have tested my speed this morning I am achieving speeds of 40/20???

Can you try a disconnect/reconnect and see how it's looking now?

Speed is now reaching around 70Mb. BT Speed Test isn't showing the results for some reasons.

I find it strange the speed was changed 'incorrectly', will I be receiving any refund for the inferior service?
