My internet connection has suffered a sudden drop in upload speed, and the SNR margin is showing as 0dB.
Previously I had a fairly consistent 9.22Mb/S until some time between 23:54 30th and 15:53 31st of March when it fell to 7.64.
I don't have a record of the SNR before that date, so I don't know if the download SNR margin has changed. but it is now about 14.4dB.
There is also a gap in my Whitebox stats for the duration of this period, as if the line was disconnected.
Any ideas?
Thank you
Edit: DSLstats output added. Connected by an Ethernet cable.
(Old date, as that is all I have access to ATM)

Hello Adam
Do you mean I should disable all WiFi, in case that is getting into the line?

Hi James.
I'd plug a computer or laptop into the router using an ethernet cable.
This will help narrow down where the issue lies.
EDIT: I see you're referring to your sync rate coming into the router.
In this case I'd try the steps here.
Hope this helps.

Hello Gandalf
I tried that.
Exactly the same, but I'm not surprised, as I have no telephone extension sockets.
I'm wondering if something was changed with all the Openreach activity that has been going on since the FTTC cabinet was installed?

Now down to 7Mb/s.
How low does it have to go before something happens?

Hi @homecottage and thanks for coming back to us.
I've checked your connection and the upload is syncing at around 8.2mb/s which is very similar to the speed we measured as part of this fault here:
As my colleague Adam advised at the time, we're limited to what we can do at this stage as there are no faults apparent on our supplier's network or any other tangible reason for the drop in upload speed which remains only slightly lower than the estimates for your line.
We're still happy to arrange for an engineer to visit your premises (and the external infrastructure) however as Adam advised previously, this may not yield any further progress re: your upload speed.
Let us know how you'd like to proceed.
Best wishes,
Dave
