Sudden speed drop

Hey,

I've just raised a fault ticket in regards to a sudden speed drop (from 70Mbps to below 30Mbps) - Not sure when this kicked in, but just happened to notice it today.

Previously my max data rate was over 70Mbps, would be glad if this could get picked up asap as I often WFH.

p.s. Possibly totally unrelated but my contract ended recently, and I just renewed to stick with fibre extra (in case in the midst of my contract ending it downgraded me to normal fibre)

Well weirdly the router restarted itself and the speeds have bumped back up to what is normal... I guess just need to double check if there's an underlying fault for the prior speed loss cause..

Sorry for the post spam.. turns out I spoke too soon.. speed has dropped to 20meg again and constantly disconnecting.. so defo a problem somewhere.
