Sudden speed drop fibre extra

I have fibre extra unlimited, 23mbps download and 3/4 upload? Guaranteed 60-80??? Not really? Help please.

Sorry to hear your speeds have dropped.

Our tests aren't showing any issues but I can the speeds are lower than what we've estimated for you.

If you raise a fault here we'll be able to investigate further.
