I'm on Fibre Extra. A couple of days ago, my connection dropped suddenly. It was previously syncing at ~68Mbps and giving throughput of around 60Mbps.
After the connection drop, it reconnected, synced at 57Mbps, and is now giving throughput of only 50Mbps. I've tried rebooting but the sync speed won't go above 57Mbps.
Any ideas what's happened? Not sure if something has gone wrong with the Hub One (which is pretty new after a fault with my original), or if it's a line/exchange issue.
