For several months I've been enjoying 45/11 & have been receiving a really steady service. At around 01.00 this morning my BQM shows a sudden loss of service which soon reconnected to the same gateway, psb-bng02.
Since then my d/l has shot up to 53 & the u/l has remained steady. Is there a simple explanation as to what has happened? I'm now receiving a d/l speed way in excess of what I expect.
